This is the board that started everything. The Burly Board is built thick, built heavy, and built to handle whatever your kitchen throws at it. At 12″ x 18″ x 1.5″, it gives you serious real estate for prepping, carving, and serving without sliding around or wearing thin over the years.
Every board is handcrafted from solid domestic hardwood, available in Maple, Walnut, or striped combinations of both. No veneers, no fillers, no shortcuts. Just dense, honest wood that holds its edge and improves with age. Each one is finished with Burly Butter to protect the grain and keep it food-safe right out of the box.
Want a juice groove? Add one for $15 and keep your counters clean when you’re carving a roast or slicing into ripe fruit. Available on the 1.5″ Burly Board only.
